Code of Conduct for Thinkers and Performers Club
Preamble:
This Code of Conduct aims to create a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members of the Thinkers and Performers Club. We expect all members to adhere to the club's values, which include Courage, Kindness, Responsibility and Ownership, Humility, Wealth, Generosity, Respect, Reason, Honesty, Truth and Knowledge, Perseverance, Modesty, Creativity, Trust, Community, Productivity, Gratitude, Freedom, Discipline, and Patience. By following these values, we can work together to foster self-development, encourage innovative thinking, and create a positive impact in the world.
1. Respect, Trust, and Inclusiveness
All members should treat one another with respect and dignity, fostering an atmosphere of trust and support. Discrimination, harassment, or exclusion based on age, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other factor is not tolerated. Be open-minded and listen to others' perspectives.
2. Courage, Perseverance, and Patience
Members should demonstrate courage in expressing their ideas and opinions while also being open to constructive criticism. Persevere in the face of challenges and work collaboratively to achieve the club's objectives. Practice patience when working with others and in the pursuit of personal and collective goals.
3. Responsibility, Ownership, and Discipline
Members should take responsibility for their actions and decisions, owning their mistakes and working to learn from them. Act in the best interest of the club and its members. Maintain discipline in personal and professional endeavors to ensure consistent growth and progress.
4. Honesty, Truth, Knowledge, and Freedom
Members should be truthful in their communication and seek knowledge in their intellectual pursuits. Encourage open, honest discussions, and share information that may benefit others. Embrace the value of freedom in thought and expression, fostering an environment where diverse ideas can thrive.
5. Creativity, Innovation, and Productivity
Members should approach problems with creativity and open-mindedness. Encourage new ideas and challenge conventional thinking to foster a culture of innovation. Strive for productivity in personal and group endeavors, making efficient use of time and resources.
6. Humility, Modesty, and Gratitude
Members should approach their accomplishments with humility, recognizing the contributions of others and the value of teamwork. Practice modesty in sharing successes and be willing to learn from others. Cultivate an attitude of gratitude, appreciating the opportunities, support, and achievements that come from being a part of the club.
7. Wealth, Generosity, and Community Impact
Members should acknowledge the importance of wealth creation for the betterment of society and support one another in their endeavors. Practice generosity by sharing resources, knowledge, and opportunities with fellow members. Additionally, members are encouraged to extend their generosity beyond the club, engaging in acts of charity and supporting the broader community.
8. Community, Collaboration, and Broader Impact
Members should actively participate in club activities and contribute to the development of a strong, supportive community. Collaborate with other members, offering help and resources when needed, and celebrate the achievements of fellow club members. Recognize the importance of extending our collaborative efforts to have a positive impact on the broader community outside of the club. Engage in initiatives that align with our mission, such as community outreach programs, partnerships, or projects that contribute to a better world.
Enforcement and Reporting:
Violations of this Code of Conduct should be reported to the club's leadership, who will determine the appropriate course of action. Consequences for violating the Code of Conduct may include a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent expulsion from the club, depending on the severity of the violation.
